Carrot Cake

2/3 cups honey and you know what kind of honey we hope you use!!

1/2 cup apple sauce

3 eggs

mix these ingredients until incorporated

add…

1 cup wholewheat flour

1/2 cup white flour

1/2 tsp salt

1 1/3 tsp baking soda

1 1/3 tsp baking powder

1 1/3 tsp cinnamon

mix again…

then add 2 cups grated carrots

I like to put the batter in a bundt pan. Bake for about 25-30 min @ 350 C or until the butter knife comes out clean.

Cream Cheese Icing!!

8 oz softened cream cheese package

1/4 cup softened butter

2 cups icing sugar but more if you would like your icing stiffer

1 tbsp vanilla
